When I press the export button, I get the warning: "Warning, this will shut Unity down, do you want to continue?" of course I hit cancel, because I need this do run without shutting down Unity. Any help would be great.
The updated versions should leave Unity on line by default. If not you can run it with the "/OnLine" command line option to force it, even in the older versions - you should fetch the most updated versions before starting regardless.
