dbWalker

I'm looking at the list of checks that the dbWalker utility performs and I am concerned about two of the Call Handler checks. The utility checks to see if the standard greeting and standard transfer rules are active and if not sets them active. Does this mean that if the user has made changes to their greetings and transfers options, that this tool will change these settings?

Re: dbWalker

It should be impossible to disable the Standard greeting. The other greetings just override or enhance the basic functionality of the standard greeting. Same goes for transfer.

There was a defect that would disable that greeting, which is why the tool corrects them. On the SA, the field would be greyed-out, and disabled, which means you couldn't fix it from the SA.
