DC Directory and Attendant Console

I have entries that I can view via the Global Directory in CCM but don't see in the directory listing in Attendant Console. The entries I am testing against are old entries. Can someone please give me an idea of where I should be looking to find out what is not working. Is there some sort of limit to the number of entries I can have in the DC Directory? (I have over 3000 entries.) I do not have AD intergration. When I look at the Global Directory on my subscriber CCM the two are synchronized.

CCM version is 4.0(2a)sr2c and Attendant Console version 1.3(1 ES8).

Please go to this folder:

From the CCM server:

Open AutoGenerated.txt file C:\ProgramFiles\Cisco\CallManagerAttendant\UserLists directory to see if it has all the users you'd expect to see.

From the client box:

C:\Program Files\Cisco\Call Manager Attendant Console\userlists\CorporateDirectory.txt

If are not the same delete both files (From server and Client) then restart Cisco TCD service and reinitialize AC app.
