Does your URL path in the Enterprise Parameters -> Phone URL Parameters

does it have the name of the server or IP Address?

If it is a name make sure that they have a lmhost file if not then you can always change it to the IP Address of the DC server.

I hope this helps out.

The url likely has the internal IP of the CM. Since the phones are being NAT'd, they do not know how to reach that internal IP.

You can copy/paste the url, and configure it on a per phone basis with the correct external IP address. Make sure your NAT'ing device has a static mapping for port 80 to the CM though.

URL shows the Natted IP, we have copy/paste the URL & changed the IP to the natted IP. we are not using the CCM name in the URL
