DC Directory Manager Password Recovery

Does somebody knows how can I recover Directory Manager password?

- Directory Manager password is lost.

- Can not open a TAC case with this server.

But, this procedure requires to know the last Directoy Manager password and this password is lost.

Hi Gonzalo

If a use the CCMPWDChanger and I use The directory Manager password it shows "Invalid Credentials". If I use another password it shows the message " The Administrator Password does'n match the current configured password ..."

You will need to open a TAC case for this one. There is a procedure to do this but TAC will not give it to you directly. If you provide remote access they can reset the DCD password to the value you wish.
