I am not able to add users in DC directory on the Callmanager.I get an error that I do not have permissions to do so.When tried to do the DC directory fix-up,get an error that the dcdd.dll file is missing.Any thoughts. The CCM is 3.2(2) with SP-F.

Thanks

Hope this document helps you to fix your problem.

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/788/AVVID/dc_directory.html

This link directs people to a document that says do not do this on 3.2.2. Do you have another link that is relevant to this versions.

Thanks

Was this on the Publisher or a Subscriber? I had a problem with 3.1(3a) where the avvid_scfg.cmd file (and several others needed) were not in the \dcdsrvbin directory. Even after I copied the files from the Publisher the process didn't fix the problem. I ended up upgrading to 3.1(4b) and then running the "refresh" before I could get the Subscribers to work.

Is your call manager talking to AD by any chance. Did it ever worked. If so then what changed.

Please let us know the exact error you get when adding new users.
