How I can make users unlisted for WebAttendant...
For Example... I can see in DC user "CTI Framework"
And I cannot see it from CM....
So may be it is possible make this users unpostable to DB that are used for WA....
As far I understand... Db for WA is formed DC Directory each time when "Cisco Telephony Call Dispatcher" started...
Am I right?
Is do than how can I do some users unlisted to that DB (WA).
