DC Directory

I have a CM 4.1(3) cluster with a publisher and only one subscriber.The problem is when the Pub is down there is no directory available on the IP phones although the the users appear in the Sub DC directory(replication occured).

i think this is due to the Directory URL in Enterprise parameters is pointing to the Pub.

But if so how can i solve this problem?

You are correct.

You need to create a URL that points to a Name resolvable via DNS so if PUB its down request is sent to SUB.
