DC Directory

I just installed a brand new CCM 4.1(3). I am having trouble accessing the DC Directory admin page in CCM. I can creat users, phone etc in Publisher and search for them in Subscriber with no problem. A massage stating "the logging failed due to bad usrname or password". I verified in the regedit, the value of DCDMGRPW and the output of passwordutils is the same. Do you guys have any idea explaining this weird behaviour?

Thanks

Re: DC Directory

Does the CCMPasswordchanger works?

Give it a try. If that doesnt help let me know.

If this error is the SUB you may run reconfig_cluster to resynch.

Check our Troubleshooting guide for Directory problems

BTW

Default password is ciscocisco

Re: DC Directory

Thanks man,

By going through the documentation that send me, I noticed the mistake that I was making. I was using administrator as Username while the doc made me to remmeber that the User ID is Directory Manager and not administrator.

Am I right?

Thanks again,

Green
