DCDirectory and max connections...

I have been getting a message:

message NMI9415: Configuration Error, severity 14

(BASE IL NEW CONNECT(46) Proc 88) 07:08.20 29 May 2003 -04:00

No free connection control blocks - connection refused. This

indicates that the maximum number of simultaneous TCP/IP

connections has been reached, and further connection

attempts will fail until one of the existing connections

has been closed.

Socket ID 80065606

Component LDAP

Number of CBs configured 504

Does anyone know where to, or if the number of connection control blocks can be changed? When I have this situation, I can't log into my IPIVR's to upload scripts, etc. The only way to clear the issue (ttat I've found so far) is to cycle the DCDiectory service - Not somthing I want to do in the middle of the day...

Re: DCDirectory and max connections...

This is hitting a known bug CSCdu36549. The workaround for the problem is to reboot the system. This should solve the issue. You can view the details of this bug, using the Bug Tool Kit.
