A client is using G729 to voicemail and has found the voice quality of the default recordings (G729 quiet prompts) are not acceptable. I believe he said they sound like the person is talking from inside a can. I know that they can record new greetings such as the Opening Greeting but how about the default recording that plays after <subscribers recorded name> when an incoming call is directed to voicemail (i.e. <subscribers recorded name> "is not available, please leave a message at the tone"). Can the recording in the quotes be overwritten or is that a system recording that cannot be changed? If so, do you know of any recordings that cannot be modified? I need to relay to him which recordings cannot be changed.<br><br>

Yes, as I stated I installed the G729 Quiet Prompts.
