Delay in hearing "Please enter your password"

I have a customer that states they are having sporatic issues involving hearing a message from Unity. Subscriber will hit the messages button on the IP phone, which should prompt the subscriber to enter their password to login. Apparently there is a 10 second delay before you hear the "Please enter your password". This is not consistent and happens randomly. According to the customer all of the IP phones affected are on the same network and vlan as the Call Manager and Unity, so the customer does not believe it is a network issue. All IP phones are using the G729 codec, but I don't think that has anything to do with this symptom. <br><br>Have you heard of anything like this?
