I'm having an issue I need some help with. We have a customer that has several remote offices. At one of them, when an outside call comes in and is picked up, the called side hears "dead air" for a second or two then a click and the call is connected. On the calling end, you hear two a couple of rings then the called side picks up. The called side picks up the call two or three seconds before the calling side is connected.
Please help!!

They are using CCM 4.2.
Using Cisco 2811 router for PSTN gateway with FXO's.
What IOS configuration would you like to see?
This customer has several other branches set up the same way. Only this one is having the problem.
Thanks,
Chris
