We have a cluster of 3 servers (CCM 3.1.3(a)) and Unity 2.4.6. Sometimes, the MWI doesn't come on for users until several hours after the message has been left. We have the resynch MWI setting enabled on Unity for every night around 1:00 AM. What are some basic troubleshooting tips for looking at this problem?<br><br>
Start with the MWI troubleshooting guide posted at the top of the forum here (if you're posts are sorted by date, it'll be at the top all the time... it's a "sticky" post). This has good info in it for basic steps. If you still have problems after that, jump back and we'll see where to go next.
