Delay when dialing out or to 3rd party Voice mail

I am getting a delay on outbound calls and calls to the Voice mail system. Calls to other IP phones work fine, when the call goe soff the CCM there is a delay. How can I get rid of this.. I forget.

Make sure the Route Pattern that you are using to reach the voicemail does not overlap with any other Route Patterns.

Example:

Voicemail RP: 9000

Other route point: 9.@

Or: 9.xxxxxx

If there is an overlap like this, CM will wait 15 seconds before connecting to 9000
