delay when transfering a call

hello!

on 2801 cme 4 we face a delay when call is transferred. i.e. secretary picks up a phone and transfers a call to an extension and immediately hangs up. ext. rings and user picks up a headset. there is a 3-4 sec. delay between user phone understands that it is an external call but not a call from the secretary . please advise

Re: delay when transfering a call

Reset the interface on the the switch and ccm to make sure they are set to 100 full duplex and then reboot.
