Delegate access to other users

Hi,

Can we delegate access to other users like the Helpdesk or 2nd line support so they can create users, user device profiles and enable the phone for exstention-mobility?

Can we create another account or do we have to give the account full administrative access to the server?

You need to enable/install MultiLevelAdmin to get this functionality. Search on CCO for MultiLevelAdmin
