delete DN

when you delete an extension number you can still view it in the route plan report. this is causing conflicts when using taps. is there a way to remove DN in bulk from the route plan report screen rather that having to do each one indivdually.

What you can do is make a search for Unassigned DN's and delete them all

I ran into the same issue, what I did was first let all phones register before running TAPS, and when I did a new site rollout I used new auto-register DN range.
