Deleting Mailbox

I apologize if this question has been asked and answered before:<br><br>Is it possible to delete a single subscribers mailbox through the Unity System Administration Page? Not a bulk delete of all mail boxes but for example, a secretary is no longer employed and a new secretary has taken her place. Is it possible to go in and delete the previous subscribers mail box?<br><br><br>Thanks for your help and have a great day.<br><br>-G<br><br>

You can remove the subscriber properties from a mailbox in Exchange via the SA (this will eliminate them as a Unity subscriber). However, you cannot delete the Exchange mailbox via the SA. If you want to completely remove the mailbox and it's messages, you have to do this via Exchange.

You can create new accounts via the SA, but you can't completely remove them from Exchange via the SA. This was done as a security measure (i.e. large sites get real nervous about someone waxing NT/Exchange accounts via the SA).
