Deleting MOH audio source file from TFTP server

We have managed to run out of space on our publisher CCM, which is also our TFTP server. In the process of freeing up space, I wanted to delete some rather large MOH source files that we haven't used in ages.

I have deleted them from CCM admin, but they are still showing up in the TFTP directory. Can I safely delete these files straight from the TFTP directory? They're in both Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath and Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath\MOH. I haven't seen anything regarding this elsewhere on the forum, so if this is obvious, please forgive me.

We're running CCM 3.1.3(a).
