Deleting Subscribers

I deleted a subsriber in Unity and deleted them in Active Directory, but it did not free up the license in Unity. I assume this is becasue the Exchnage mailbox is still hanging around. How long will it take to free up the license from the deleted user, and is there any way to speed it up?

Re: Deleting Subscribers

If you deleted them in AD there is no account for them as far as Unity is concerned. If you deleted the subscriber via the SA the license should have been freed up immediately. The only problem comes from folks deleting the accounts in AD first, then the license syncher has to cycle before the licenses are returned to the pool. By default this runs every night.

You can run the license syncher manually but doing it this way requires you take Unity off line. The License Scyncher can be found in the Unity program group...
