I have a customer that wants Cisco IP Phones. They have Dell Power Connect 3024's and don't want to swap them out for Cisco switches.
Does anyone know of any issues that could arise from using these switches?

Well, they can power the ip phones over the ethernet, and the will not be able to create voice aux vlan trunks. The phones will work.

I think the previous poster meant to say they CANT power the phone.

The Dell switches will probarbly work fine for connectivity.
To power the phones you can either use the power brick that can be ordered from cisco.
Or even better get a power over lan hub that goes between the phone and the dell swith. (MidSpan Power) That way you can connect it to a UPS and make sure the phones are running during power outages.
