Desktop Agent "like" GUI for general subscribers?

Anybody out there know if there are any 3rd party browser based plugins available for the everyday user? Many of the users here have headsets and would rather click buttons on the screen to answer and hangup and so forth. Rather than have to operate the physical phone.

How about attendant console?

Anyone can use it as long as they have a user configured under attendant console users. You don't need to configure a attendant console hunt group/pilot and put them in it.

They can use WebDialer to place calls by point/click.

I've tried that, but it says "No lines available to make a call". My line is configured and the SEP comes up as recognized in settings. Do I need to configure anything else within console or ccm?

Have you associated the attendant console user to the phone?

Yep, I checked and it's associated. I must be missing something else. No big deal.

That is a pretty cool instant chat utility.
