Detecting Mute on agents Phone through CTI

Hi!

I am doing SPAN based recording, and I want to get some event or notification when an agent presses MUTE on his phome.

Is there any feature in CTI, or anything else that can be used.

Any help would really be appretiated.

Right now, there is no way for a mute detection in CTI.
