One of my company's clients, who already has IPCC installed, wants us to add features to their system. My question is... how do I tell what licenses a client currently holds on a previous IPCC 3.0 installation? Specifically, I need a quick way to tell if their current ports are IVR ports, and if they are able to use Text-To-Speech. Does anyone know the best way to do this without actually going to the site and trying to setup? Thanks.

you can also go to the CRS box itself, Start > Programs > Cisco CRA > License Update Util. It will show you the licensed features.

You can tell what they have by looking at their license file - usually located in c:\crs\*.lic or c:\cra\*.lic. They can find the license file and e-mail it to you - you can look at it with notepad.
Hope this helps,
