devicelistx.asp in CallManager 5

Hi all!

Does anybody know if CCM 5 has something similar to this useful list? How can this page be reached in CCM 5? Does it have the same schema?

Thanks a lot.

Since devicelistx is a pretty resource intense operation and not very accurate, SNMP is the recommended method for 5.0.

Thank you very much for your reply.

Do you know any document about how to get device information via SNMP in CCM 4.1 and 5.0?

Thanks a lot again.

Re: devicelistx.asp in CallManager 5

Just a small technical detail: CCM 5.0 is Linux based and there's no IIS for Linux, hence no asp pages either (aspx would work though if you install apache and mono, but it doesn't quite have the same featureset yet).

Is there no manual explaining SNMP for CCM 5.0? I'm afraid we still don't have a single running installation at the office even though we've had the software for a bit now.. so much about the first quarter being slow this year.

Re: devicelistx.asp in CallManager 5

I've found the final answer now. If you look at this document about XML development for CCM 5.0x (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_programming_usage_guide_book09186a0080634f5e.html) you'll see that DeviceListX is no longer supported, but that you can use AXL Serviceability for that information now. The AXL Serviceability guide for CCM 5.0x can be found here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_programming_usage_guide_book09186a0080634efa.html

Look at page 55 and following for the query you want to make to get IP addresses of currently registered phones.
