Dial-by-Name and AD integration

Hi,

I need to create a DBN directory that will search off of AD. I think I can do this with a IPCC script. They don't want to use Unity and the majority of the users in the directory will not have VM boxes or even a local IP phone (they may want to DBN someone who works in another country and only has a cell phone).

Any gotchas with the way we need to enter the numbers in AD for the dialing to work properly?

Be sure that you enter the number exactly as it is to be dialed. If it's an external number and you need to dial a 9 to get out, enter 9 and the number. Also, be sure you enter the number in the Telephone Number field on the General tab of the users' AD account, not on the Telephones tab.
