Dial Delay

Hello, I would like to decrease the delay after dialing a 4 digit extention number. All of our internal extension numbers start with 6 or 7, is there a way to shorten this delay. Currently it waits about 6 seconds after you hit the dial softkey. Thanks

Assuming you are using CallManager, you want to adjust the CCM Service Parameter, T302 Timer, which is the interdigit timeout. Usually this doesn't affect internal dialing unless you have variable length patterns starting with 6 or 7.

Thanks Fred, I've turned it from 7000ms to 3000ms, makes a world of difference.
