Dial In To A Park Position?

Is there a way I can set up a DN that, when the user dials into the system, they are automatically parked with music on hold?

You can't with CallManager. Someone needs to hit the park key to park a call. What are you trying to do here? Do you want people to call in a get a recorded message or something? Are you trying to queue calls somehow? Sounds like you might need one of our call center apps like ICD or IPCC...

Our music on hold is our live on-air broadcast (we're a 24-hr local cable news channel in NYC) and I'd like to be able to dial in and automatically be placed on hold. Pretty simple? That way the caller can hear our on-air signal. Not for the general public, but there are times when people need to be able to do this. Right now, they call in and asked to be placed on hold.
