dial-peer traffic ToS update for MPLS

I have a VoIP router ( 1751-2V) having two FXS ports.

It runs Ios Version 12.1(5)T.

I am ging to connect the WAN link to MPLS network. To give the priority for voice. the provider request customer to mark the voice traffic with DSCP '46'.

I wan to apply followinf config;

dial-peer voice 1 voip

destination-pattern 1...

session target ipv4: A.B.C.D

ip qos dscp ef signaling

!

class-map match-any VOIP

match ip dscp ef

!

policy-map LLQ

class VOIP

priority percent 40

set ip dscp ef

!

Interface serial 0

service policy outout LLQ.

But, on IoS version 12.1, "ip qos dscp ef signaling " is not availble under dial peers. Therefore I try to do follwoing;

(A). Set ip precedance value under dial peers

define match parameter for the predcedance value under class map, as follows;

dial-peer voice 1 voip

destination-pattern 1...

session target ipv4: A.B.C.D

ip precedance 5

!

class-map match-any VOIP

match ip precedance 5

!

policy-map LLQ

class VOIP

priority percent 40

set ip dscp ef

!

This did not work.

(B) define access list for UPD voice port range

as follows;

dial-peer voice 1 voip

destination-pattern 1...

session target ipv4: A.B.C.D

ip qos dscp ef signaling

!

class-map match-any VOIP

match access-group 100

match ip dscp ef

!

policy-map LLQ

class VOIP

priority percent 40

set ip dscp ef

!

access-list 100 permit udp any any range 16384 32768

!

Even this method does not seems marking voice packet cottectly.

( I can see the marked packets "0" when issue the command show policy-map interface" command )

It seems to me that router is unable to filter the traffic that are originated within the router using access lists.

Any ideas ?
