I recently upgraded a customers CallManager from 3.2.2c to 3.3.3. After I completed the upgrade I was checking the pull down menus to make sure that everything was working properly until I came to Route Plan > Application Dial Rules. The screen that came up had an error message as follows:
Dial Rules Configuration
Error: Cannot access dial rules
Couldn't get dial rules: com.cisco.ma.dirdata.MADirException: UserId doesn't existDirectory Operation
failed, Other reason
Please check if the Directory service is paused or stopped
I checked all of my required services and they running normally.
Any suggestion to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated. This seems to be the only problem that I had during the upgrade.
