However, when I press the Dial softkey, nothing happens. It does not dial. Has anyone come across this problem and if so, could you please let me know what I need to do to resolve this problem. I'm coding it just like they say in the documentation. I'm Testing on a model CP-7970G Cisco Phone and I'm running Call Manager 3.3.4. Any help would be appreciated.
