Dial softkey problem in corporate directory

I got this strange behaviour on two of different cluster of Call Manager : on IP phones, in corporate directory, after choosing a name in the list, when I press the "dial" softkey nothing happen. The number is not dialed and nothing change on the display. This problem is intermittent. When I want to get rid of it, when it happen, I reset the phone and the problem dissapear (at least for a certain time).

IP phone and Load ID on my clusters: 7960 with P003D310 and P003E310.

What version of call manager are you using? Might be a bug.

We are using Call Manager 3.0(11).

We have the same problem on 3.0(11), and similar phone loads. What we have found is that if you pick up the handset, the problem you describe happens. If you do the process whilst on-hook, it works ok.
