Dialed Number Analyzer installation fails

When I try to install DNA, the installation fails. I get the CSA warning, get prompted for the private password phrase, and click Install. The installation goes through copying new files and creating shortcuts and then says "Rolling back action". The final screen says "The wizard was interrupted before Cisco Dialed Number Analyzer could be completely installed." I tried this on two different nodes (1 publisher and 1 subscriber) with the same result. Any ideas?

Try this. Delete C:\Program Files\Cisco\Bin\DialedNumberAnalyzer.exe file and try installing again. Try this on Publisher.
