Occaisionally, when a user dials an external number (i.e. 915551231234) the number appears on the 7960 screen as though it is about to dial, then the number disappears without being dialed. If the user immediately redials the number it dials & connects just fine.
Has anyone seen this or have any ideas on what may be causing this?
The first thing I would like to encourage you into investigating is patching your system to the latest Service Pack and latest phone load software. Furthermore latest OS patches should always be updated to the Callmanager system to maintain its stability.
