I was wondering if anyone has integrated a dialer to CallManager/IPCC Express. The dialer is a survey research specific dialer called Pro - T- S manufactured by a company called M-S-G. The equipment is OEMed from a company called DAX systems in NJ. I have done some other dialer designs but am interested in feedback on this specific dialer. Any other dialer "gotchas" information is also very welcome. I believe we plan to use a 6608 module for the tie lines but are certainly open depending on the best avenue recommended.
