Hello,
I would like to know if it's possible at all to ask caller to try again if the extension he dialed during a greeting doesnt exist (Unity 4.0(1) )
Thanks in advance,
Marina

yes, you can - by default the error greeting for all call handlers/subscribers is configured to dump callers back to the opening greeting call handler - you can instead loop that greeting back to the same call handler which gives the caller another chance to enter the ID from where they're at.
By default the error greeting is hidden in the SA - you can expose it using the Advanced Settings Tools.
More useful, however, is using BulkEdit which has built in "loop back to self" settings for the greeting actions which let you update all call handlers and/or all subscribers such that the default behavior on an error input is to restart the handler/subscriber's greeting instead of dumping them back to the openeing greeting call handler.
You can read more about this in the "Audio Text applications in Unity" paper on the Documents page of www.CiscoUnityTools.com if you want more details.
