Dialing for Outside Line

We are changing the number to dial for an outside line from '9' to '8' in hopes to eliminate inadvertant 911 calls.

I have copied all the route plans and modified them to accept the '8' prefix, and will delete the '9' prefix routes on the cutoff date.

We have two services, Personal and Corporate Fast Dials that users can use. In their CCM User it is set to dial 9 as a prefix.

My Question: is there an easy bulk way to update everyone's fast dials at once to 8 instead of each individual user changing it themselves?

i'm going to jump out on the limb on this one and say, NO.

unless you can build a script that would go out and authenticate to each users web page, then update the data from a predefined base of new data. this may be possible, but like you said, you wanted an EZ way...

upto ccm 4.13 (not sure after) i don't think there is a bulk edit for all users CCMUser pages.
