Hello,

at a customer we have DN with only two digits. If I create a new subscriber Unity tells me that I need at least 3 digits. Is it possible to tell Unity to accept only 2 digits?

thanks Achim

yeah, this can be done but it's generally to be avoided if you can... two digit IDs cause problems when addressing since private lists are also 2 digit IDs and it can make for some goofy conflict. However you can change it as long as you understand it's not supported by TAC. This used to be in the advanced settings tool but we hid the setting to avoid problems.

In the registry under HKLM\Software\Active Voice\DOH\1.00\

you'll find a DWORD called "Minimum Handler AVP_DTMF_ACCESS_ID Length" - it's set to 3 - if you set it to 2 it'll allow you to use 2 digit IDs for your handlers and subscribers. I don't recall right off hand if this requires a restart of Unity or not - I don't think it does.
