when i dial 0 in a message to transfer to the operator call handler which should dial an extension, unity says it's transfering the call, but never dials the extension and goes directly to the extensions voice mail box<br><br>
It sounds like Unity is attempting to transfer (Please hold on while I try that extension) but then the transfer is being rejected or returned by the phone system.
Make sure the Operator box is set to transfer to the correct extension (use Alternate transfer if you want to rule out schedule), and if this is a call manager be sure that the partition the voicemail ports are in includes a calling search space that would allow it to dial the operator (8000).
If you are set up for dual switch integration, make sure the Call Handler is assigned to the correct switch. Also along those lines, make sure that the ports are assigned to the correct switch in the Unity SA.
