Dialing thru callmanager

How can I dial into our callmanager, from the pstn, get a dial tone, and place a outside call.

You have to use the call forward feature in CCM

To my knowledge this cannot be done natively in CCM. Like the last post said you could use CCM forward but you wouldn't be able to interactively specify the outside called number, it would be hardset in the forwarding internal number.

You could use IPCC. Terminate the inbound call to IPCC. Play a WAV file of the preferred dial tone to the user (you can even use the one from the CCM tftp directory if you like). Setup in the script a Get Digit String function. Transfer the call based off the collected string.
