Dialogic and TSP

We are doing a migration and some users may convert one day and another set a week later. Can I run a Dialogic card to their old PBX and the TSP to the new CallManager at the same time? Anybody tried this?

There are integration guides for each of the supported major releases of Call Manager here:

Each one has a chapter on the setup of a dual switch integration that should tell you what you need to know.
