Help - Does Unity support the Dialogic D/41JCT-LS-EURO voice board? If so where can i get hold of the drivers.

Secondly, Dialogic D/41EPCI - is this card okay to use in UK - because according to Intel website it is approved for US and Japan with no mention of Europe.

Thanks

The D/41JCT-EURO and its non TBR21 cousin the D/41JCT-LS both require version 5.1 of the Intel (Dialogic) device driver suite. This version 5.1 package is being incorporated into the next major Cisco Unity release (4.0). The version of Intel (Dialogic) driver suite that Cisco Unity 3.1 and earlier does support is called Dialogic Native Architecture 3.3 (a.k.a. DNA3.3).
Yes, the D/41E-PCI line card is indeed specifically supported for TBR-21 nations. Intel even specifically performed EMC testing on this card last Summer to bring it into compliance with EN55024 that went into effect on 01Jul01. Intel has furnished to Cisco a complete set of D/41E-PCI regulatory approvals for all CE countries. It would seem that Intel has simply not updated their own database to reflect this. This may be a side result of the acquisition of Dialogic by Intel.
Cisco sells this card for European installation under the Cisco part number "UNITY-D/41EPCI".
