I setup a CAS t1 trunk in a MGCP gateway and I don't seem to get DID working properly. I am confused as whether this is a CCM or a Gateway setting. I tried to configure incoming dial peers with DID in the gateway as I saw in examples in Cisco website but with no results.
Also, can CCM manage a t1 trunk via MGCP and another trunk via H323 on the same gateway??
Dave thanks for your prompt reply. I am not sure on how to extract the config seetings in CCM and post them here (PrintScreen does not work here). If you tell me how I'll be happy to do so. I am not sure as to what you refer to with "Calling Search Space in your Gateway", are you refering to the dial-peer settings??. Here is the config settings for mgcp in my gateway. Adding, removing the DID statement in the dial-peer has not effect. I also tried to add the "incoming called-number ." to it with no results again. I have checked CCM settings for this CAS port and I don't see any definitions for DID that I can play with.
Thanks for your help
