Taking a quick look through DDTS there are several outstanding report bugs related to CSV, but most of them are formatting and header issues, I don't see one specific to this issue.
If you're in a jam and you want the port usage info in CSV format the MDB file generated by the reports engine is left around on the system (the same MDB file is used for WEB or CSV formats).
