Different Domains

My customers Unity server (2.46 135) is in a different domain then their email Exchange server. How can I get their voicemails to forward to their main Exchange server. Thanks

Re: Different Domains

Is the Unity's Exchange server part of the same site?

Re: Different Domains

This will not be easy. You will need to setup rules to get this done. This URL might help:

Re: Different Domains

Also, be aware that when you do this, you can no longer get to voice mails over the phone, lamps wont work, message delivery wont fly... and you'll be in an unsupported configuration.

Moving messages from a subscriber's mailstore to a seperate mailbox is really a bad idea and will almost certainly not work the way the customer is hoping.

What you really want to do is redeploy properly into the same site and connect to their standing email users as a UM installation.
