different greetings at different times

We are using unity 2.4.6(102) and call manager 3.0(12) (before you say it we are sorting out upgrades at the moment). However I have a quick question, I am looking at the voicemail for our main helpdesk number and am wondering if it is possible to set it up so that when the helpdesk is open during business hours that if someone gets to the voicemail it says something along along the lines of 'all operators are busy please leave a message' but when the helpdesk is closed the message says something like ' the helpdesk is now closed please leave a message'. Is this possible and if so how?

No problem here. Simply record the standard (which plays during open business hours), and the closed greeting (which plays during closed hours).

Record and enable these, and set the schedules accordingly. You can even record the busy greeting to play when all operators really are busy.

This should give you the functionality you need.
