I'm trying to set up a separate Call Handler with message delivery to a PDL for a second Web Attendant pilot point. When calls are passed to Unity because no hunt group member is logged on I get the Opening greeting rather than the new Call Handler. I have set up routing rules for both fowarded and direct calls and still can't get to the correct call handler. What is different about the WA pilot points that Unity always plays the opening greeting when a call is forwarded? Is there any workaround? Call Mgr is 3.1(3a), Unity is 3.1(3), TSP 6.01.

Re: different greetings for multiple WA pilot points
Calls from a Web Attendant hunt group that are routed to Unity appear as direct calls to the Unity pilot point DN. I was able to get the desired results by forwarding to a CTI port DN if no WA users are logged in. The CTI port does a CFA to Unity and I have the DN of the CTI port on the Call handler I want to use.
