Digit missing for Incoming call from analog phone to CME 4.1
I have a unique situation, I have a CME 4.1 system and I have a ISDN PRI link, I am using 4 digit extension, when an incoming call from a user who is using analog phone, the last 2 digit of incoming call is missing, this is shown in 'debug isdn q931',
for example: 415681234 will become 4156812.
I do not have any problem with people using ISDN phone or cell-phone, do you think that this could be a telco issue?
Re: Digit missing for Incoming call from analog phone to CME 4.1
What the Telco told me is because analog call having different type of call setup, according to the telco technician, the telco will send the first 5 digit of the whole number, after the call setup, the telco will send the last 4 digits, so he want me to change the ISDN setting in my CME router to compliant with
ETS 300 102-2 standard, which I am not sure what he meant.
