Is there a way to transfer a call to a sub call handler with<br>an extension assigned to it?<br><br>Scott<br><br><br>

Yes, you either need to have an extension in the phone system that forwards to voicemail with the matching extension of the call handler, or else dial the pilot, dial the handler extension, then release the transfer.
